Compressed Air Supply & Demand Audits

What are the risks of doing nothing?

Compressed air is one of the largest single costs to manufacturing facilities. It is often referred to as the 4th utility. As compared to power, water and gas, compressed air is typically generated on the site.

The importance of properly determining your specific demands weigh high on this system because unlike other systems, you pay for what you don’t use in many ways. So what is your risk? From our experience, it could be up to hundreds of thousands of lost profits per year.

Demand Side

Demand side audits will ultimately reduce your dependency on compressed air. It is the first step in a full system evaluation. One of our System Specialists will spend time evaluating your current compressed air usage including inappropriate uses, pressure problem areas, the distribution system and leak rate. We will establish a baseline to measure success.

Supply Side

The supply side audit will be conducted once we have implemented the demand side recommendations and have determined the lowest possible compressed air usage. Our attention now focuses on your supply side, inside the compressor room, to determine the opportunity for generating compressed air at its lowest cost.

Let’s Talk Total Cost of Ownership

Our goal is to help you reduce the highest portion of your total cost of ownership. In an inefficient system, energy costs can consume up to 88% of the total cost of ownership of a compressed air system. Our system assessments have proven to save facilities up to 50% of their costs associated with their compressed air system, but have also improved the quality and reliability of the compressed air delivered.
